We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice.
As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning - Administer anesthetics and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals - Provide preventive dental care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care - Collaborate with dental specialists when necessary for comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical documentation systems such as Epic - Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school - Valid state dental license - Knowledge of dental anatomy, oral health conditions, and treatment options - Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred - Proficiency in using dental office systems for scheduling, billing, and record keeping - Familiarity with aseptic techniques to maintain infection control standards - Ability to interpret medical imaging such as X-rays and CT scans - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff - Ability to perform patient assessments including taking vital signs and evaluating medical history Join our team of dedicated professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
